高强度起重机臂架管用CS-Q780钢的冶炼工艺

    Smelting Process of CS-Q780 Steel Used for High Strength Arm Frame Tube in a Crane

    • 摘要: 介绍了CS-Q780起重机臂架管用钢转炉冶炼的生产工艺和质量情况。以"Mg基铁水脱硫→80t转炉冶炼→LF炉精炼→VD炉真空处理"工艺生产的CS-Q780钢化学成分控制准确,钢中气体、夹杂物含量低,钢质纯净。采用该工艺冶炼的CS-Q780钢制造的起重机臂架用无缝钢管,完全满足制造起重机臂架的力学和焊接性能等要求。

       

      Abstract: Described are the production process and product quality of CS-Q780 steel with converter smelting used for the high strength arm frame tube in a crane. The chemical composition of CS-Q780 steel produced with the process "Mg based liquid iron desulfurization→80 t converter smelting→LF refining→VD furnace vacuum treatment" can be accurately controlled with high steel purity and less gasses and inclusions contained in steel. The seamless steel tube,used for the crane arm frame,made from CS-Q780 steel produced with the process can fully meet the mechanical property and welding performance required by the crane arm frame.
