X80M钢级煤制天然气输送用钢制管前后的组织与性能

    Microstructure and Properties of X80M Steelfor SNG-linepipe as Shown before and after Pipe-making Process

    • 摘要: 详细介绍了X80M钢级煤制天然气输送用钢板的组织,以及制管前后性能变化情况;结合现有数据与工程参数,利用断裂韧性计算公式,分析该钢管的服役状态。分析结果表明:X80M钢级煤制天然气输送用钢板的组织以针状铁素体为主,且低温韧性优良;制管后,钢材的屈服强度、抗拉强度、屈强比与硬度均有不同程度提高,低温韧性降低;该X80M钢级钢管的安全性良好,若考虑氢气的影响,可以在输送压力稳定时安全使用。

       

      Abstract: Detailed in the paper are the microstructure of the X8 0M steel plate for SNG-linepipe-making and changes of its properties shown before and after pipe-making process.Based on the available data and engineering parameters the service conditions of the steel pipe are analyzed with the calculation formula of fracture toughness.The result reveals the following facts.The X80M steel plate is of the microstructure formed mainly of acicular ferrite, and has excellent low-temperature toughness.After pipe-making process, the material's mechanical properties like yield strength, tensile strength, yield ratio and hardness are more or less enhanced, while its low-temperature toughness is reduced.Moreover the X80M linepipe also has excellent safety performance.Even in case of the effect by hydrogen, the X80M linepipe can still assure of safe operation provided the transmission pressure is consisten enough.
