微合金化15MnNbRE钢的热强性能研究

摘要: 研究了15MnNbRE钢持久强度与材料热处理状态的关系,以及高温抗氧化性能和长时期组织稳定性。结果表明,该钢的高温持久强度比锅炉用低碳钢20G提高约20%。Abstract: The investigation involves creep rupture strength of the 15MnNbRE steel VS heat-treatment condition thereof, the said steel's anti-oxidation behaviour and staying structural stability under high temperature, It is concluded that the said micro-alloyed steel's high-temperature long-time strength is approximately 20% higher than that of the 20G low-carbon steel for boiler service.
