采用控轧工艺生产N80 1类钢级石油套管

    Application of Controlled Rolling in Manufacture of N80 Class 1 Steel Grade Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 介绍了N80 1类钢级石油套管的生产过程:以Mn-V中碳钢为基础,优化设计材料成分;采用电炉冶炼+精炼+真空脱气+连铸工艺生产连铸圆管坯;控制环形炉加热温度1 250~1 280℃;控制坯料除鳞高压水压力13~20 MPa;采用控轧工艺在奥氏体再结晶区及未再结晶区“高温大变形”轧制。检验结果表明:采用控轧工艺生产的N80 1类钢级套管的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率、冲击功均符合API Spec 5CT—2011标准对N80 1类钢级的要求。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the article is the manufacturing process of N80 class 1 steel grade oil casing concerning the following aspects:optimizing the material composition design basing on Mn-V medium carbon steel;adopting an EF smelting+refining+VD+continuous casting process for CC round billet;controlling the RHF heating temperature to be 1 250-1 280℃;controlling the billet descaling water pressure to be 13-20 MPa;realizing "high temperature big deformation" rolling at the austenitic recrystallization area as well as the non-recrystallization area by adopting a controlled rolling process.The testing results show that the N80 class 1 steel grade oil casing made by the controlled rolling process is in compliance with the requirements of API Spec 5CT-2011 for N80 class 1 steel grade in terms of yield strength, tensile strength, elongation after fracture and impact energy.
