无缝钢管的矫直残余应力与压下量和温度的关系研究

摘要: 采用MSC.MARC有限元软件模拟分析无缝钢管的矫直过程,研究了在满足无缝钢管直线度要求的情况下,管体残余应力与矫直压下量和矫直温度之间的关系。无缝钢管矫直过程的模拟分析和实验测试表明,无缝钢管的弹性模量(或钢级)越高,其矫直残余应力越大;适当提高矫直温度,可降低矫直残余应力,提高无缝钢管的机械性能。Abstract: Based on the analysis as made via simulation of the straightening process of the seamless steel pipe as set up with the MSC.MARC Finite Element(FE) software, an investigation is conducted on the effect of the screwdown amount and temperature of straightening on the residual stress of the pipe body under the precondition that the straightness of the pipe is ensured. Owing to the said simulation analysis and relevant experimental measurements, it is identified that the greater the elasticity modulus(or the higher the steel grade) of the pipe, the bigger the after-straightening residual stress will be. Accordingly, the mechanical properties of the seamless steel pipe are expected to be improved with the said residual stress reduced by means of getting the straightening temperature enhanced appropriately.
