深水海底用管管环压溃试验可行性分析

    Feasibility Analysis for Ring Collapse Testing to Deep-water Submarine Linepipe

    • 摘要: 鉴于全尺寸钢管压溃试验对试验设备要求极高,且费用昂贵、安装及试验周期长,在3 500 m深水海底用管的生产试制检验中设计了管环压溃试验装置。介绍该管环压溃试验装置的原理、结构、试样制备方法和试验流程,计算理论压溃极限值,并进行实物管环压溃试验。分析认为:该管环压溃试验装置结构简单、试验程序科学,能实现可持续、重复性好的钢管管环抗压溃极限值的检测;钢管的椭圆度和壁厚精度是影响钢管压溃性能的敏感性因素。

       

      Abstract: In light of the fact that the full-scale steel pipe collapse test has such advantages as stringent testing criteria, high operation cost, and long installation and working cycle, etc., a pipe-ring collapse testing system is designed to test the 3 500 m deep-water submarine linepipe during the trial production inspection.Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of the said testing system, including the operating principle, the structure, the specimen-preparation method, the testing procedure, and calculation of the theoretic collapse limit value.And the system is actually used to perform pipe-ring collapse test.It is identified via the analysis that the testing system is in possession of such advantages as simplified configuration, scientific test procedure, and being capable of performing continuous ring-collapse limit value testing to steel tubes with high repeatability.It is also emphasized that the ovality and wall thickness tolerance are the sensitive factors which affect the collapse performance of the steel pipe.
