Abstract: Introduced in the paper is the secondary piercing piocess of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel sheel with the φ100 cross-rolling piercer, which turns out the thinner wall and bigger O.D. of shell comparing with that of preliminary piercing process, thereby creating the conditions of reducing cold rolling pass and expanding the product variaties.
