管坯钢增碳现象的研究

摘要: 碳含量的高低对无缝钢管的质量影响较大。通过对炼钢、开坯和轧管全过程的分析和研究,发现管坯钢增碳主要是保护渣引起的钢锭头部增碳造成的,并找到了解决增碳问题的有效方法,为生产优质无缝钢管提供了可靠的保证。Abstract: Carbon content is closely related with quality of the seamless steel tube. Overall analysis and research of the entire production course from steel-making to blooming to pipe-rolling were performed, based on which it was identified that the bloom carbon pickup was mainly caused by carbon pickup in the ingot head due to the protection slag, and thus effective solution was developed so as to ensure production of quality seamless steel tubes.
