连铸圆管坯热装方法及系统设计理念与实用性分析

    • 摘要: 介绍了热轧钢管连铸圆管坯热装方法及系统的设计理念、工艺流程、主要设备选型、效益测算以及实用性等。该方法及系统的设计理念是:将热轧钢管与炼钢连铸两系统集成整合成一体,炼钢连铸系统按照热轧钢管系统要求,实时组织生产并供坯;两个系统在小时产量和年产量上匹配;圆管坯热装系统工艺流程顺畅、合理;倍尺圆管坯采用两座步进式加热炉(预热炉、高温炉)加热和高速旋转热锯机锯成定尺。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the hot-rolled pipe-purpose CC round billet hot-chargingmethod and the operation system,involving design concept,process flow,major equipment selection,benefit calculation and app licability analysis,etc.The design concept of the said hot-charging method and operation system is as follows. Getting the steel pipe hot-rolling system and the steel-melting/CC system integrated into one system;real-time organizing the production and billet supply activities of the steel-melting/CC system according to the requirements by the steel pipe hot-rolling system;and having the two systems to bematched to each other in terms of hourly output and yearly output.The CC round hot-charging system will feature smooth and reasonable process flow.And the multiple-length CC billetwill be heated via twowalking-beam heating furnaces,i.e.the pre-heating furnace and the hi-temperature furnace,and then cut into specified-length pieceswith the high-speed,rotary hot-sawingmachine.
