套管抗螺纹黏结性能的试验研究

    Experimental Research on Anti-galling Performance of Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 套管在模拟工作情况下进行上卸扣试验,分析螺纹参数及现场操作对螺纹抗黏结性能的影响。研究表明:在其他螺纹参数不变的情况下,套管外螺纹的紧密矩轻微改变,可显著影响螺纹的抗黏结性能。上扣速度、背钳的选择及背钳的夹持位置对螺纹的抗黏结性能有重要影响。在同等的夹持力作用下,上扣夹持位置应尽可能靠近工厂端,夹持位置距接箍工厂端端面1/3接箍长度最佳。

       

      Abstract: The effects by the thread parameters and the field operation on thread galling performance are analyzed by means of getting the casing subjected to the make up/break out test under the simulation operation conditions.It is reveals via the studies that under the condition that all the other thread parameters remain unchanged,any slight change of the standoff of the male thread can significantly affect the anti-galling performance of the thread;the make up speed,choice of the back clamp and its holding position comprehensively have an important influence on the said anti-galling performance;and with the same clamping force,the clamping position for the make up operation should be as close as possible to the factory end,and the best clamping position should be kept with a distance as equal to 1/3 of the coupling length from the face of the factory end of the coupling.
