有限元模拟法分析斜轧扩管机变形特点
FEM Analysis of Deformation Characteristics of Rotary Expanding Pipe Mill

摘要: 以Φ720mm斜轧扩管机为研究对象,应用三维有限元模拟仿真技术,对斜轧扩管过程进行了建模与仿真分析,获得了钢管的变形数据,在此基础上计算了斜轧扩管的主变形和附加变形,从变形的角度说明了辗轧角β和轧辊在垂直方向的调整距离h取值及相应工具设计的合理性。研究结果有助于了解斜轧扩管的工艺实质,提高产品质量。Abstract: Addressing the Ф720mm rotary expanding pipe mill, relevant math model is set up, and the simulation analysis is conducted with the 3-D finite element simulation technology, by which the steel pipe deformation data are obtained. Based on the result of the said research activities, the main deformation and the additional deformation of the pipe rotary expanding process are calculated, and accordingly, the rationalities for determination of the values of toe angle β and the adjustable distance of vertical movement of the rolls h as well as the corresponding tool design are discussed from the perspective of deformation. The analysis results will be helpful to further identifying the technological nature of the pipe rotary expanding process so as to further improve the product quality.
