Abstract: Summarized is the situation concerning the restructure of the Russian seamless steel pipe industry over the recent years.Analyzed are the general development and technical advancement,changes of import/export volumes and steel tubular product structural adjustment of the said industry.Also introduced are the production/sales and the core competitive powers of the two giants of Russian seamless steel pipe industry.
