Abstract: Introduced in this article are the technical performances and design features of several different types of cold rolling mills engineered/manufactured by the Heavy Machinery Factory, Elektrostal Metallurgechesky, Moscow, Russia and the production facilities employed by the pipe cold rolling workshops in the No.1 New Steel Tube Plant, Ural, Chelyabinsk and the Southern Steel Tube Works, Nikopol, Ukraine.
