焊管X射线检测设备的改进设计

    Design Modification of Weld Pipe X-Ray Detecting System

    • 摘要: 对某公司原有焊管X射线检测设备进行设计改进,将图像接收器由原来的悬挂式改为侧立式,探臂升降装置由配重式手动丝杆改为双螺旋升降器。改进设计后的检测设备可按不同规格的焊管进行自动快速调整,有效缩短了检测时的辅助时间,提高了生产效率,满足了探伤要求。

       

      Abstract: Design of the existing weld pipe X-ray detecting system of a certain domestic company is conducted,involving such details as changing the image receiver structure from the hanging type into a standing type,and changing the detecting arm lifting device from the weight type manually-operated screw into a dual-spiral lifter.Thanks to the design modification,the detecting system is now capable of automatic quick adjustment as per size change of pipes so as to cut down the auxiliary time,and thus enhance the productivity,having been satisfactory to the requirements for the detection operation.
