Abstract:
Briefed here in the paper is the hardware-based method for realizing acquisition of hydro-pressure signals as adopted by the hydro-pressure acquisition/display/curve-formation system of the steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine.Also detailed are the main aspects concerning the said system such as the MCGS configuration software-based method for hydro-pressure signal processing, the method for realizing both real-time and history hydro-pressure curves, the method for data storage of pipes as tested, and the scripting support programs for various functions.The actual operation result shows that the realizing methods used by the system are reliable, and well effective, being worth spreading.
