Abstract: Dealt with in the paper are the basic principle for pass design for the two-high cold-rolling pilger pipe mill by means of computer program, programming for calculating of the pass and rolling force and examples concerning the said calculation with the computer program. The computer program which insures fast and accurate computation is applicable to production of cold-rolled steel tubes and non-ferrous metalic tubular products.
