用Φ76mm自动轧管机组试产小直径冷拔管料的研究

    A STUDY CONCERNING TRIAL PRODUCTION OF SMALL-SIZED PIPES AS BLANKS FOR COLD-DRAWN PIPES VIA Φ76mm PLUG MILL LINE

    • 摘要: 介绍了在Φ76mm自动轧管机组上试产小直径热轧荒管的有关工艺及参数,生产中需采取的技术措施。比较了用小直径热轧荒管生产小直径薄壁冷拔钢管的冷拔道次数、成材率、金属消耗等。实践表明,用Φ76mm自动轧管机组为冷拔提供小直径热轧荒管,扩大了机组的产品规格范围,使冷拔小直径薄壁钢管的生产工艺趋于合理。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the paper are relevant processes, process data and technical measures taken for the trial operation of the Φ76mm plug mill line to produce small-sized hot-rolled mother tubes.A comparison of the said mother tube with that from previous process is made to show the former's advantages in terms of cold-drawing passes, yield and yield loss when used as blank for thin-walled cold-drawn pipe.Relevant operation has proven that the employment of the Φ76mm plug pipe mill line to produce small-sized hot-rolled mother tubes for cold-drawn pipes can not only enlarge the product-mix of the mill line, but also bring about more reasonable process technology for smallsized, thin-walled cold-drawn steel pipes.
