IMPROVEMENT OF LINE-FREQUENCY INDUCTION HEATING FURNACE FOR HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION OF STEEL TUBES

摘要: 分析了钢管热镀锌采用工频感应加热炉所存在的待温、感应器配置、锌环质量及锌环捣打工艺等方面的问题,介绍了所采取的改进措施及其效果。Abstract: Investigated are the main aspects concerning the steel tube hot-dip galvanization with line-frequency induction beating furnace such as standstill for temperature rising, configuration of the inductor, quality of the zinc ring and the zinc ring ramming process.In addition, improvement of the furnace is introduced, covering relevant measures and the operation efficiency of the modified one.
