套管特殊螺纹接头性能有限元仿真分析

    Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Performance of Casing Premium Connection

    • 摘要: 利用全尺寸实物试验和有限元仿真方法,研究Ф244.48 mm×11.99 mm规格HSM-2特殊螺纹P110套管的接头性能。结果显示:有限元计算时,在ISO 13679∶2002标准CAL IV A系试验所有加载点下,HSM-2特殊螺纹接头主密封面均保持较大接触压力和密封长度,密封指数较高;实物试验及有限元计算结果均证明了该接头具有可靠的密封性能和连接强度;有限元计算扭矩与实物试验扭矩能较好地吻合。

       

      Abstract: The performance of the HSM-2 premium connection of the Ф244.48 mm×11.99 mm P110 casing is studied by means of the full-scale test and the FEA simulation method.The results reveal that the FEM calculation shows that the main sealing surface maintains a high contact pressure and a large sealing length as well as high sealing index under all the loading points of ISO 13679:2002 CAL IV Series A test.And the results of both the FEM calculation and the full-scale test result demonstrate that the said premiumconnection has reliable sealing performance and connection strength, and that the torque from the FEM calculation is almost identical with that from the test.
