钢管输送链的失效分析及改进设计

    Analysis of Failure of Steel Pipe Chain Conveyor and Relevant Design Modification

    • 摘要: 分析了钢管输送链的工作环境、链条的失效原因及特点,指出链条失效后严重影响生产节奏和成本。以常规输送链为基础,结合生产实践,设计了一种特殊的钢管输送链,主要包括增加前伸导向滑道和导向压板,加高下导轨两侧高度,并根据链条宽度调整导轨宽度等。经实践验证,新设计的钢管输送链可大幅提高链条的使用寿命,降低使用故障率。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the paper are the working conditions and causes for and characteristics of failure of the steel pipe chain conveyor. It is pointed out that any failure of the conveying chain proper would seriously affect the production cycles and operation costs as well. Based on the conventional chain conveyor,and relevant operation experiences, a special steel pipe chain conveyor is designed,featuring a front-extending guide slide and a guide pressing plate as added,increased heights of both sides of the bottom guide rail,and the guide rail width adjustable as per the chain width. The actual operation shows that the newly-designed steel pipe chain conveyor is advantageous in tremendously prolonging the service life of the chain proper,and reducing failure rate of the conveying system.
