四辊行星轧管机的辊形设计与结构改进

    Roll Profile Design for and Structural Modification of 4-roll Planetary Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 利用空间解析几何知识和矢量理论推导出轧辊母线的方程。研究了使管坯在变形区中既无扭曲也无旋转、实现直线前进的充分条件——正确的轧辊辊形再配以合适的速比可使轧件实现直线前进。对原有的行星轧管机结构加以改进,提出支撑套概念,可以提高轧件尺寸精度。该设计思路简单、易操作,是设计四辊行星轧管机的有效方法。

       

      Abstract: With the space analytic geometry data and the vector theory,the equation of the roll contour line is derived.Also studied is the sufficient condition which ensures that in the deformation zone,the workpiece is running forward straightly with neither twisting nor rotation movement,i.e.,proper roll profile together with adequate speed ratio.In addition,the original structure of the planetary mill is modified with introduction of the concept of supporting sleeve so as to improve the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece.This design idea is simple and easy to be implemented,being an effective way to design the 4-roll planetary pipe mill.
