42MnMo7钢N80级油管的热处理工艺试验

    Experimental Research on Heat Treatment Process of N80 Tubing Made of 42MnMo7 Steel

    • 摘要: 42MnMo7钢在热轧状态下用作N80级油管,强度较高韧性太低。对热轧的42MnMo7钢管进行回火处理,可适当降低强度,提高韧性。通过采用不同回火温度进行试验,找出强度与韧性指标搭配合理的回火处理制度。确定42MnMo7钢在非调质状态下作N80级油管的较佳交货状态。

       

      Abstract: The hot-rolled N80 tubing made of 42MnMo7 steel features high strength and rather low toughness. However properly tempering of the said pipe can get the its strength reduced and its toughness increased appropriately. Tests of the temper process on the said tubing is conducted in different temperatures in a bid to identify the best strength-toughness relationship. The better furnishing condition of the non-quench and tempered 42MnMo7 steel N80 tubing is proposed.
