轴向水流喷射速度对钢管内表面冷却均匀性的影响

    Research into Influence by Axial Jet Velocity on Cooling Uniformity of Steel Pipe Inner Surface

    • 摘要: 利用有限元耦合场数值模拟计算方法,对无缝钢管控制冷却过程进行了三维建模和数值模拟,研究了轴向水流喷射速度对无缝钢管内表面轴向和周向冷却均匀性的影响规律。结果表明,随着轴向水流喷射速度的增加,无缝钢管轴向温度逐渐降低,轴向各点温度更趋于均匀且变化规律相同,但周向各点温度均匀性变差。

       

      Abstract: With the coupled field finite element method,a 3-D model for the controlled-cooling process of seamless steel tubes is set up,and then relevant numerical simulations are generated to study the law related to the influence by the axial jet speed on both arial and circumferential cooling uniformity of the steel pipe inner surface.The results show that along with the increase of the axial jet speed,the axial temperature of the pipe decreases,while the temperatures at the points of the pipe in the axial direction tend to be more uniform,and the temperature variations are the same,but uniformity of the temperature at each circumferential point becomes worse.
