Abstract: The author presents the audience a general picture about the application of three advanced technologies,namely,retained mandrel operation,hydraulic quick-open mechanism and NEL sustem to the Daye Steel Works'Ⅱ Three-High Pipe Rolling Plant located at Daye Steel Works and the efficiency therefrom.
