无缝钢管生产技术的进步

    DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR MANUFACTURING SEAMLESS STEEL TUBES AND PIPES

    • 摘要: 介绍了无缝钢管生产技术在穿孔、延伸、轧管、减(定)径轧制以及工具润滑等方面的进展情况。菌式穿孔机的开发,使穿孔难加工管料成为可能,穿轧精度更高,并可穿轧不同外径产品;延伸机主动导辊及工具、润滑技术的开发,解析、检测、控制技术的进步,使产品的品种、材质更趋向高级化。连轧管机也逐步大型化、紧凑化。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the paper is the general development of manufacture technologies for seamless steel tubes and pipes concerning such aspects as piercing, elongation, pipe-rolling, reducing (sizing) and tooling lubrication etc. The advanced coned piercing mill not only makes it possible to pierce materials which were hard to be dealt with previously, but also provides a higher product accuracy and a larger product-mix as well; the development of the drive guide-roll, tooling and lubrication technique concerning the elongator and progresses in such techniques as analysis, inspection and control upgrade the varieties and materials of the products; the mandrel pipe mill has been developing toward large-sized pipe production and compact mill configuration.
