液压油缸缸筒用钢管调质工艺的改进

    Improvement of Quenching and Tempering Process for Steel Tube for Fabrication of Hydraulic Cylinder Casing

    • 摘要: 介绍了液压油缸缸筒用钢管的技术条件要求,分析了原有调质热处理工艺效果较差的原因,提出了新的调质热处理工艺,即在调质前对钢管采取先期完全消除应力、稳定组织的热处理工艺,防止钢管调质时产生变形;然后再采取调整材料综合力学性能的调质(淬火+回火)热处理工艺,使钢管具有强度(硬度)高、耐磨性好、塑性强、承受压力大、脱碳少、微变形等综合性能优势。采取此新工艺后,所生产钢管满足了液压油缸缸筒的技术条件要求。

       

      Abstract: The technological requirements for the steel tube for fabrication of the hydraulic cylinder casing are presented. And the causes for the poor effectiveness of the previously-employed quenching & tempering treatment process for the said tube are analyzed. Based on the analysis result,a new quenching & tempering process is put forward. Following the new process,the tube is first heat treated to be fully pre-stress relieved,and have stable structure so as to prevent any deformation,when it is undergoing the quenching & tempering treatment. Then the tube is subjected to the quenching & tempering treatment to get the material’s comprehensive mechanical properties properly adjusted. As a result,the tube is generally in possession of such advantages as high strength(hardness),good wear-resistance,high plasticity,high pressure-resistance,low decarbonization rate,and slight deformation,etc. Owing to the said new heat treatment process,the tubes as made are in compliance with the technological requirements for the hydraulic cylinder casing.
