化工换热器用UNSN08031合金无缝钢管的研发

    R&D of UNS N08031 Alloy Seamless Pipe for Chemical Heat Exchanger

    • 摘要: 介绍化工换热器用UNSN08031合金无缝钢管的研发过程,采用热挤压工艺挤压UNSN08031荒管,并通过多道次冷轧变形,成功研制出Φ50.8 mm×4 mm规格UNSN08031合金无缝钢管。分析结果表明:UNS N08031合金无缝钢管的晶粒分布均匀,平均晶粒度6级,具有优良的力学性能和加工性能,其化学成分、金相组织及力学性能均满足ASME SB 622—2019规范要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the paper are the R & D activities for the UNSN08031 alloy seamless pipe as used for the chemical heat exchanger.TheΦ50.8 mm×4 mm UNSN08031 alloy seamless pipe is successfully developed by means of employment of the hot-extrusion process to produce the blank pipe that is sequentially cold rolled/deformed via multiple passes.The analysis result proves that the said alloy pipe as developed features homogeneous grain distribution,Level 6 average grain size,excellent mechanical properties,and workability.Furthermore the alloy pipe also has its all technical indexes concerning chemical composition,metallographic structure and mechanical properties conforming to relevant requirements as specified under ASMESB 622—2019.
