    Development of Q690E Seamless Steel Pipe for Service as Main Rod of Marine Crane Ship

    • 摘要: 1 600 t级海事起重船主弦杆用Φ630 mm×30 mm规格Q690E钢级无缝钢管,一直以来无法顺利实现热轧生产。通过优化钢种化学成分,使钢种1 200℃时的热塑性达到40.8%,有效降低了轧制力及生产难度;控制钢种的碳当量在0.62%以下,保证了材料的可焊性;生产前进行端部淬火试验并测量相变点,热处理采用浸入式淬火,保证了管材的淬透性,热处理加热制度为940℃水淬+650℃回火空冷。最终使得产品的屈服强度达到760 MPa以上。

       

      Abstract: It has not been all along realized to smoothly produce the Φ630 mm×30 mm Q690E seamless steel pipe for service as the main rod of the 1 600 t marine crane ship with the hot-rolling process.The rolling force and the operation difficulty are remarkably reduced by means of optimizing chemical composition of the steel to get its thermal plasticity up to 40.8%at 1 200℃;the weldability of the steel is guaranteed owing to the steel carbon equivalent that is well controlled to be under 0.62%;and prior to rolling the pipe, pipe-end quench test is conducted, and the transformation point is measured, and dip quench process employed, thus the hardenability of the pipe is ensured.The heat schedule is 940℃water-quench plus 650℃ tempering-air cooling.Thanks to implementation of all the measures as above mentioned, the yield strength of the said pipe has been finally enhanced to at least 760 MPa.
