Abstract:
Briefed in the paper is the manufacturing process for GH4145 wrought superalloy capillarity tube,focusing on an in-deep analysis of the piercing process.And the key control points thereof are identified,and accordingly the piercing process is improved.The analysis leads to such as conclusion that,the propobility of piercing defects will be reduced,and the piercing efficiency and the product yield are enhanced by means of increasing the pulley size,welding a 50~100 mm long carbon steel tube onto the GH4145 tube end,adjusting the levelness of the plug bar car of the piercing mill,and replacing the piercer guide shoe with guide roller, etc.
