Abstract: Summarized in the paper is the overall situation of development of Russian steel tube-making industry and production/supply/sales thereof. Also described are the collectivization orientation as taken by Russian steel tube-making industry and the technical upgrades of major Russian tube makers. Moreover, the development trend of Russian steel tube-making industry is analyzed.
