摘要: 总结了引进的阿塞尔轧管机热负荷试车及试生产情况。通过不同径壁比荒管的轧制,实现了扩径减壁、等径减壁和减径减壁三种轧制形式,从而确定了阿塞尔轧管机组的轧制规格范围。Abstract: The paper summarizes the hot-test and start-up of the Assel pipe mill imported from abroad.Based on trial operation concerning rolling of pipes with different D/S, three rolling modes have been set for the mill, i.e.O.D.expansion/W.T.reduction, equal-O.D./W.T.reduction and O.D./reduction/W.T.reduction, thus the mill's product-mix set up.
