管坯定心工艺实践
PRACTICE OF CENTERING PROCESS FOR BLOOM FOR TUBE-MAKING

摘要: 介绍了Φ102mm CPE机组采用定心与不定心管坯轧制,其钢管成品壁厚的对比测量情况。实践证明,采用定心管坯,产品的壁厚精度得到明显的改善。Abstract: The co-authors introduce the comparison of measurements of wall thickness of the finished tubes made of centered blooms and non-centered blooms with the Φ102mm CPE pipe mill.Relevant operational practice shows that the centered bloom can contribute to significant improvement of W.T. accuracy of the finished product.
