头尾削尖技术在Φ473.08 mm×11.05 mm套管上的开发和应用

    Development of Tube-end Sharpening Process and Application to Manufacture of Φ473.08 mm×11.05 mm Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 简述头尾削尖技术的原理、功能和控制方法,重点介绍头尾削尖技术在Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm套管上的开发和应用情况。应用结果表明:头尾削尖技术的应用,可有效减少Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm套管的头尾增厚长度,从而减少其切头尾的长度,切头尾率从14.85%降到12.00%,成材率提高了2%左右。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the principle, the function and the control method of the technology for sharpening both head end and tail end of the pipe, focusing on the development and application thereof concerning manufacturing the Φ473.08 mm×11.05 mm oil casing.The actual application result shows that owing to the adoption of the said technology, the thickened lengths of both the front end and rear end of the Φ473.08 mm×11.05 mm oil casing are obviously reduced, and in turn the crop lengths are reduced, having resulted in cut down of the cropping rate from the original 14.85% to 12.00%, and accordingly increase of the yield by 2% approximately.
