Abstract: Elaborate in the article are the main“New Normal”Era issues which the domestic steel tube-making industrial circles are facing，and the general operation circumstances of domestic steel tube makers.Also proposed are the way to enhance their survival and continual development abilities by the makers，and the fields involved.It is suggested that domestic steel tube enterprises deal with such issues as positively coping with the“New Normal”situation，and accordingly completing the transformation without any delay，taking the differentiation development orientation，identifying the exact development direction and path for tube production，and making every effort to tap new market places，and then developing new product types，etc.
