Abstract: The author introduces the improvements on flying saw system which used to affect the percentage of the sized and the sizing accuracy of welded tubes──adding clamps with speed measuring device, fine adjustment device and other related devices to a normal pneumatic flying saw system,And, the author also presents the performance, the characteristics and revamped design of the saw system. In conclusion, the saw system is suitable for mediate/small diameter welded tubes.
