高频焊管铸钢轧辊材料的研究

    DEVELOPMENT OF CAST STEEL-MADE ROLL OF HI-FREQUENCY WELDED PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 研制的高频焊管用高碳高铬铸钢ZGCr14MoVW轧辊,采用高温固溶等温转变预处理工艺可解决用铸造方法生产高碳高铬钢所产生的网状碳化物分布和机械加工困难的问题。该材质的轧辊寿命为GCr15钢锻造轧辊的5倍,并能多次修复再使用。介绍了该轧辊的化学成分、铸造工艺、热处理工艺等。

       

      Abstract: The newly developed roll for hi-frequency welded pipe mill is made of a hi-C & Cr contented cast steel,ZGCr14MoVW treated with the pre-treatment process of hi-temperature solution isothermal transformation which produces no problems of network structure of carbide and hard machining caused by traditional casting process of hi-C & Cr contented steel.Service life of roll made of the said steel is five times longer than that of the forged roll of GCr15 steel with muh high reconditioning frequency. The paper covers such major aspects of the newly developed roll as material chemical composition,casting process as well as heat treatment technology.
