钢管的高压水除鳞缺陷及对策

    Descaling-caused Defects of Steel Tube and Countermeasures Taken

    • 摘要: 钢管的高压水除鳞缺陷主要指钢管表面麻面和二次氧化。简要介绍了钢管高压水除鳞缺陷的产生原因以及防范措施。通过对钢管高压水除鳞设备设计参数和生产线上除鳞前后设备(再加热炉、定径机等)工艺参数的优化,提高了钢管的除鳞质量。

       

      Abstract: The defects of the steel tube as caused during hi-pressure water descaling process mainly include pitted surface and the surface secondary oxidization.Briefed here in the paper are the descaling-related elements responsible for the said defects and relevant preventative actions.Thanks to the optimization of both the design parameters of the descaling equipment and the technological parameters of the equipment units located before and after the decaling system(i.e.the reheating furnace and the sizing mill,etc.)in the tube production line,the tube descaling performance is considerably improved.
