SAWH钢管精焊驱动辊成型角零位校正系统的研制

    R&D of Zero Correction System for Driving Roll Forming Angle of SAWH Pipe Finish Welding Mill

    • 摘要: 指出螺旋缝埋弧焊管精焊工序驱动辊的成型角度存在零位飘移问题,为此研制了校正系统,介绍了该系统的硬件架构和软件设计,详细描述了实现成型角零位校正的PLC控制程序。经试运行表明:该系统性能可靠,对成型角的零位校正效果明显,操作简单,能提高焊接质量和自动化水平。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper is the issue of forming angle zero drifting of the driving roll as used in the finishing welding process for the SAWH pipe, and the hardware architecture and software design of the correction system as researched and developed for fixing this problem.Also detailed here is the PLC control program which is used for realizing zero correction of the said forming angle.The trial operation of the correction system shows that it features consistent performance, remarkable effectiveness of zero adjustment of the forming angle, and easy operation, being capable of enhancing welding quality and the automation level of the production line.
