浅谈三辊轧管机的发展（Ⅰ）

AN ELEMENTARY INTRODUCTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THREE-ROLL PIPE ROLLING MILL

摘要: 介绍了国外三辊轧管机发展简况、目前世界上三辊轧管机的基本情况和三辊轧管工艺的特点。同时较详细介绍了衡阳钢管厂Φ108mm三辊轧管车间的主要工艺特点,并对我国Φ76mm、Φ100mm自动轧管机组改造及三辊轧管机发展提出了浅见。

Abstract: The introduction covers a briefing about the development of the three-roll pipe mill abroad, the latest situation regarding this kind of mill in the world as well as the pipe rolling process with the mill. Also dealt with in this paper are detailed description about the main technological features of the Φ108mm Three-Roll Pipe Rolling Plant located at Henyang Steel Tube Works and the author’s elementary opinions with respect to the modification of the Φ76mm and Φ100mm plug mills and development of the thiee-roll mill in China.
