焊接钢管X射线探臂升降调整装置的改进设计

    Modification Design of Probe Arm Lifting Device of X-ray Industrial TV Detecting System for Weld Pipes

    • 摘要: 传统的焊接钢管X射线工业电视检测设备探臂升降调整装置调节幅度受限,劳动强度大,导向套易卡死。为解决此问题,对该装置进行了设计改进,去掉配重箱,升降方式改为导向轮式探臂升降。改进后的装置升降平稳,调整便利,设备使用故障减少,调节范围增大,可满足不同规格钢管的探伤要求。

       

      Abstract: The probe arm lifting device of the convenient X-ray industrial TV detecting system for weld pipes stays with such disadvantages as limited adjusting range,high labor intensity and frequent jamming of the guide sleeve. To solve these problems,the design of the said device is modified,focusing on removing the weight box,and changing of the lifting type by employing a guide wheel type probe arm lifting structure. The modification has brought about a lots of advantages,namely,smooth lifting/lowering movement,easy adjustment,cut down of failure rate of the equipment,and larger adjustment range to meet the inspection requirements for different steel tube sizes.
