防止冷拔薄壁无缝钢管尾部产生纵向螺旋形壁厚不均的技术探讨

    Technical Approach to Prevention of Longitudinal Spiral Eccentricity in Tail End of Cold-drawn Light-wall Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 结合冷拔薄壁无缝钢管拔制工艺的特点,通过分析钢管在带芯棒拔制时的变形过程,系统地阐述了拔制过程中产生“甩尾”现象的原因及其对纵向螺旋形壁厚不均的影响。同时,针对薄壁钢管的生产,从冷拔工艺和模具设计角度提出了防止冷拔钢管尾部产生纵向螺旋形壁厚不均的可行措施。

       

      Abstract: With consideration of the characteristics of the manufacturing process for cold-drawn light wall seamless steel pipes,the deformation process of the pipe as being drawn over the mandrel is analyzed. Also elaborated are the causes responsible for the so-called “tail swing” as occurs during drawing of the pipe,and the negative influence thereby on the said spiral eccentricity. Meanwhile,practical actions are proposed to prevent the above mentioned eccentricity of the cold-drawn pipe in terms of the cold-drawing process and design of the dies.
