    Mathematical Model for Sink-drawing Process for Manufacturing Tube for Motor Rear-View Mirror Support

    • 摘要: 介绍了新型无模拉伸加工汽车后视镜支杆的成型方法及生产工艺。通过对支杆无模拉伸变形机制的研究,分析了拉伸速度的变化规律,并建立了无模拉伸支杆的数学模型。实验证明,该数学模型结构简单、实用、可靠。

       

      Abstract: Introduced here in the article are the newly developed sink-drawing technology for making tube for motor rear-view mirror support, covering the shaping method and manufacturing process. Deformation mechanism of the said sink-drawing technology is studied, law of variation of the drawing speed analyzed, and consequently a mathematical model of the sink-drawing process set up. Relevant experiment has proven that the said math model is structurally simple, practical and reliable.
