Abstract: Described in the paper are the engineering and realization of the complete package of automation system with GE Fanuc PLCs as basic control units for the Accu-Roll pipe mill.Briefed are the operation flows of the main units, and the control scope and function requirements of the automaton system.Detailed are the GE Fanuc system hard-ware, software configuration, program structure and relevant control functions and characteristics.
