国产800合金U形传热管综合性能分析

    Analysis of Comprehensive Performance of Home-made 800 Alloy U-shaped Heat-conduction Tube

    • 摘要: 对国产核电蒸汽发生器用800合金传热管的综合性能进行系统分析。分析认为:国产蒸汽发生器用800合金传热管产品的各项性能指标均符合采购技术条件的要求;国产蒸汽发生器用800合金U形传热管具有较好的无损检测合格率,内涡流检测最小信噪比集中控制在10~50,管材平均信噪比控制在15~80,内涡流信噪比保持在较高水平;国产蒸汽发生器用800合金U形传热管可靠性应用试验性能与国外进口同类管材相当。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed systematically in the paper is the com prehensive performance of the home-made 800 alloy heat-conduction tube for home-made nuclear power steam generator. As a result,it is regarded that the said heat-conduction tube has all of its performance indexes up to the requirements under applicable purchase conditions;the NDT qualification rate of the tube is good;the minimum S/N ratio from the internal eddy current detection for the tube is centralizedly controlled to 10~50,and the tube’s average S/N ratio is controlled to 15~80,which means that in general the tube’s internal eddy current S/N keeps a rather high level. The reliability applied-test performance of the home-made 800 alloy U-shaped heat-conduction tube for the home-made nuclear power steam generator is equivalent to the imported tubular goods of the same kind.
