优化定尺切割在提高HFW焊管成材率中的应用

    • 摘要: 分析了中大直径HFW钢管生产线的工艺特点和影响钢管成材率的因素,针对用户经常限制短尺管交货的情况,介绍了通过钢卷订货长度优化、非正常停机时机优化和定尺切割参数优化等措施,优化钢管定尺切割,提高HFW焊管成材率的方法。这些措施和技术的应用,使钢管成材率平均提高了1%以上,具有推广价值。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the paper are the technological characteristics of the medium and large diameter HFW steel pipe production line, and the factors affecting the pipe yield.In view of the fact that the customer often restricts the delivery of short-length pipes, measures have been taken to optimize steel pipe specific-length cutting operation so as to enhance the HFW pipe yield, including optimizing the purchase length of the steel coil, optimizing the abnormal stop time of the machine, and optimizing the specific-length cutting parameters.As a result, the pipe yield has been enhanced by over 1%.All the said technical measures as taken are worth spreading up.
