    Optimization of 238 mm Series Passes of Piercing Mill for Ф180 mm Mini-MPM Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决Ф180 mm Mini-MPM连轧管机组穿孔机238 mm系列孔型热工具寿命低、消耗高和产品质量不稳定等问题,对穿孔机孔型、热工具进行优化设计,用Ф245 mm管坯代替Ф230 mm管坯。实践表明:重新设计的238 mm系列孔型及热工具设计合理,用Ф245 mm管坯代替Ф230 mm管坯轧制时,轧制产品的尺寸精度及内外表面质量满足合同要求。

       

      Abstract: To solve problems such as low service life of hot tools, high consumption and unstable product quality of 238 mm series passes of the piercing mill for Ф180 mm Mini-MPM plant, the passes and hot tools of the piercing mill are optimized, and Ф245 mm billets are adopted to replace Ф230 mm billets.The practical operation shows that the new 238 mm series passes and hot tools are reasonably designed, and when Ф230 mm billets are replaced by Ф245 mm billets, both the dimension accuracy and inner/outer surface quality of the rolled products are up to the contract requirements.
