X80钢级Φ1 219mm感应加热弯管用母管的研发

    R & D of X80 Φ1219mm Pipe as Blank for Pipe Bent with Induction-heating Process

    • 摘要: 介绍了渤海石油装备制造有限公司钢管制造公司X80钢级Φ1 219 mm感应加热弯管用母管采用的国内生产的两种钢板(钢A和钢B)的性能,以及采用JCOE工艺用钢A和钢B试制感应加热弯管用直缝埋弧焊母管的性能。通过对比试验分析,提出了X80钢级Φ1 219 mm感应加热弯管用母管的化学成分要求,结合感应加热弯管在二次热加工工艺过程中(感应加热弯制+全长、部分淬火+整体回火)的硬度变化特点,建议对国内相关感应加热弯管标准中的硬度要求进行调整。

       

      Abstract: Described are the properties of the home-made steel plates (i.e.,Steel Plate A and Steel Plate B) as used to make X80 Φ1 219 mm pipe as blank for pipe bent with induction-heating process,and the proper-ties of the SSAW pipe made in Steel A and Steel B and by the JCOE process to be used for the same purpose. Thanks to the result of relevant comparative test analysis,chemical composition requirement for the above mentioned X80 Φ1 219 mm mother pipe is worked out. Based on the said requirement together with the hardness variation characteristics of the pipe bent in the secondary heating process (i.e.,bending with induction heating + over-length or partial quenching + entire body tempering),it is proposed to make some revision of hardness requirement as set in relevant domestic applicable standard for pipes bent with induction heating process.
