Φ159mm MPM连轧管机的孔型开发与优化

    Development and Optimization of Passes of Φ159 mm MPM

    • 摘要: 孔型设计是MPM限动芯棒连轧管机的技术核心,孔型参数的选择将直接影响到轧制过程是否顺利和产品的几何尺寸精度、表面质量及轧制力能参数的变化。介绍了鞍钢新钢铁股份有限公司无缝钢管厂为了有效利用芯棒,扩大产品规格范围,以及提高产品的几何尺寸精度,对Φ159mm MPM限动芯棒连轧管机的孔型设计开发进行有益尝试。通过适当修改从德国SMSMeer公司引进的MPM数学模型有关参数,可成功运行所设计孔型的轧制表并能轧出优质钢管。

       

      Abstract: Pass design is the core technology of the MPM,and determination of the pass parameters is directly related to consistency of rolling process,product dimensional tolerances,surface quality and the variation of the rolling energetic parameters,etc. Described in the paper are the efforts in developing pass design of the Φ159 mm MPM by Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Angang Xingangtie(New Iron & Steel)Co.,Ltd. in a bid to effectively using the mandrels,expand the product size range and improve tube dimensional accuracies. Thanks to proper modification of the MPM math model as introduced from Germany SMS Meer GmbH,the rolling schedule with the passes as designed has been operated successfully to produce high quality tubes.
