螺旋缝埋弧焊管用钢卷对头防断导引装置的设计

    Design of Guide Device for Preventing Breaking of Steel Coil Joint during Manufacturing Process of SAWH Pipe

    • 摘要: 在螺旋缝埋弧焊管的生产中,钢卷对头边部在过成型器时的变形过程中会受力开裂。开裂的对头缝边部会卡在成型器的成型辊之间,造成设备损坏等。为解决此问题,设计了一种螺旋缝埋弧焊管用钢卷对头防断导引装置。采用该装置可以保证螺旋缝埋弧焊管用钢卷对头缝即便在开缝时也能顺利通过成型器,在实际生产中较为实用。

       

      Abstract: When the steel coil joint is passing through the forming device,and undergoing deformation in the manufacturing process of helical submerged arc welded(SAWH) pipe,it may crack under the load of the force,and thus,be stuck between the forming rolls of the forming device,resulting in damage of the equipment,and other troubles. Addressing this problem,a guide device is especially designed to prevent breaking of the steel coil joint during the manufacturing process of the SAWH pipe. Thanks to this anti-breaking device,the steel coil joint will be going so smoothly through the forming device,even in case it is cracking. Relevant operation practice shows that the said special guide device is rather effective.
