    • 摘要: 运用数学推理,系统地归纳了4种横向成型方法:边缘弯曲成型法、中心弯曲成型法、圆周弯曲成型法和综合弯曲成型法。为焊管机组的选型、孔型设计提供了方便的计算方法和理论依据,对原有焊管机组孔型系统的改造也有参考价值。

       

      Abstract: With mathematical deduction, four transversal formation processes are systematically established, i.e. rim-bending formation, center-bending formation, circumference-bending formation and comprehensive-bending formation, which provides an asy computing method and theoretical basis for type-selection and pass design of welded pipe plant and reference for modification of the pass system of welded pipe mill as well.
